Our Story

Button’s Biscuits began the way all the best things do—with a shared love of good food and a leap of faith between two longtime friends. After years of swapping recipes, dreaming big, and cheering each other on, we decided one day to take a chance: on each other, on life, and on the joy of creating something meaningful together.

What started as kitchen experiments has blossomed into a business rooted in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where we honor the rich baking traditions of the American South and Southern Italy. Our very first creation, DOTTI’S—our artisan fig & fruit filled pastries inspired by the classic Italian Cuccidati—set the tone for everything that followed: thoughtful, wholesome, and made with care.

Our fig & fruit spreads, PAIR-N-DIPITY, came to life serendipitously when we were considering what to do with our leftover DOTTI’S filling and we started spreading them on biscuits, breads, and more. We believe indulgence should feel good, body and soul. That’s why we use organic ingredients, honor time-tested methods, and keep a balanced approach to flavor and nutrition. Every pastry, spread, and cookie is our way of blending tradition with innovation—nostalgic, yet new.

At Button’s Biscuits, we’re more than flavor designers—we’re storytellers of flavor. Every bite carries with it friendship, heritage, and the joy of making something by hand. What began by chance between two friends has become our way of sharing a little warmth, a little goodness, and a lot of love with every community we serve.
